Buying Artwork
Is all artwork original?
Yes. We specialize in original tropical, coastal, and marine artwork created by independent artists. Each piece is unique unless clearly stated otherwise.
How do I know the artwork is authentic?
All artists are reviewed before being accepted into our gallery. Listings are curated to ensure quality, originality, and accurate representation.
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, it is confirmed and prepared for shipment. You will receive updates regarding fulfillment and delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the artist’s location and destination. Most orders ship within 7 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with artists and carriers to deliver artwork worldwide. International shipping times and costs may vary.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, most sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted for damaged items or significant discrepancies.
How are refunds handled?
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Custom Commissions
Can I request a custom artwork?
Yes. Many of our artists accept commissions. Contact us with your idea, and we will connect you with the right artist.
Are commissions refundable?
No. Commissioned artwork is custom-made and non-refundable once work has begun.
For Artists
How do I apply as an artist?
You can apply through our Artist Application page . We review all submissions carefully.
Is there a cost to join?
Selected artists may receive a free first-year listing. Details are provided upon acceptance.
How do artist payouts work?
Payments are processed after successful order completion. Payouts may be held temporarily in cases of disputes or verification.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Stripe’s secure payment system.
