Tropical Artisan Gallery is a curated marketplace connecting collectors with independent artists. We facilitate listings, sales, and payments, but individual artworks are created and supplied by artists.

Purchases & Orders

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• You agree not to initiate fraudulent or unauthorized payment disputes
• Chargebacks without valid cause may result in account restriction or legal action
• We reserve the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and communication logs in dispute cases

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Returns Policy.

By purchasing artwork, you acknowledge and agree to those terms, including limitations on returns and refunds.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on artist location, artwork type, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Artist Participation

• Artists retain ownership of their artwork unless sold
• Artists grant Tropical Artisan Gallery permission to display and promote their work
• Artists are responsible for the accuracy of listings and fulfillment of orders

We reserve the right to remove listings or artist accounts that violate platform standards or policies.

Artist Payouts

Artist payouts are issued after order completion and verification.

• Payouts may be delayed in cases of disputes, refunds, or suspected fraud
• Tropical Artisan Gallery reserves the right to withhold funds to resolve claims or chargebacks
• Artists are responsible for providing accurate payment details

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tropical Artisan Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to shipping delays, lost packages, or dissatisfaction with artwork.

Fraud & Abuse

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity. Accounts or transactions flagged for abuse, chargebacks, or misuse may be suspended or permanently banned.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
