Overview
Tropical Artisan Gallery ships original tropical, coastal, and marine artwork with care and attention. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, shipping times may vary depending on the artist, artwork size, packaging requirements, and destination.
Processing Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3 - 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Original artwork may require additional handling and packing time
- Larger pieces may take longer to prepare safely
- Custom commissions follow their own production timeline
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping service.
- U.S. orders: typically 7 to 10 business days after shipment
- International orders: typically 1 to 4 weeks after shipment
Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
Packaging
We package artwork carefully to help ensure safe delivery.
- Protective wrapping and reinforced packaging are used whenever appropriate
- Framed or delicate artwork may require extra protection
- Larger or higher-value pieces may require specialty shipping methods
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
International Shipping
We can ship many artworks internationally. International buyers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage or local handling fees
These charges are not included unless clearly stated and are determined by the destination country.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, Tropical Artisan Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the artwork
- Include photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is reviewed
We will review the issue promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help review shipment status and next steps with the carrier where possible.
Commissions & Special Orders
Commissioned or custom artwork may require additional creation time before shipping. Estimated timelines for commissioned work will be discussed separately before completion.
