Our return policy is designed to protect both collectors and artists while standing behind the quality of every piece we offer.

Overview
Tropical Artisan Gallery offers original tropical, coastal, and marine artwork. Because each piece is unique, all sales are considered final except in limited circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Return or refund requests may be considered within 30 days of delivery only if:
- The artwork arrived damaged or defective
- The item received was incorrect
- The artwork differs significantly from its listing description
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of original artwork, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Original artwork received in good condition and as described
- Custom commissions or made-to-order pieces
- Items damaged after delivery
- Buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or color variation caused by screen/device differences
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase may be canceled without a restocking fee if the artwork has not yet shipped.
Orders canceled after 3 days of purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under this returns policy.
Refunds
If a return or cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds are processed back to the original Stripe payment method used at checkout
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund
Shipping & Damage Claims
We take great care in packaging artwork for safe delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the artwork, damage, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the claim promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
Because each artwork is unique, exchanges are generally not available. If an exchange is approved as part of a return resolution, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Custom Commissions
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and is non-refundable once work has begun.
Payments
Tropical Artisan Gallery processes payments through Stripe only. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used through Stripe.
